Hi [~Yukali], what you're seeing is expected -- v1.3.0 should be an unknown
version as we haven't tagged it yet. Since we may go through more than one
round of voting on a release, we tag the components v1.3.0-1 for RC1, v1.3.0-2
for RC2, etc. Once the vote is approved, we leave the existing tags in place,
but also tag v1.3.0 for clarity once the release is issued. Since the go proxy
caches version information forever, once we tag something it is immutable and
can't be updated later.
