Instead of specifying the patch releases in the {{.go_version}} file we can do
one of two things:
# rely on the runner to provide the latest patch release in the cache
# set {{check-latest: true}} on the action to always use the latest version of
the minor release we mention.
Pushing an update for each patch release is a lot of work and we should try to
automate as much as possible.
We use the {{.go_repro_version}} for releases etc to give us the stability and
reproduction we need. Unit tests etc can be the early indicator also for any
breakage introduced by the go releases.
