Now that K8s internal cycle state has been adopted from
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-3300, fetch the PV info from the
same rather than calling Get and FindPV's calls explicitly from Assume and Bind
Pod operations.
State should have been populated with all these info during PreFilter and
Filter stage itself.
