Looks like netty-tcnative is a bit behind with suppoerted OpenSSL versions.
It's built against OpenSSL 1.0 which is rather old.
I've noticed you've already opened an Issue about this:

How much value does tcnative support practically add to ZooKeeper at the end of
the day? Shall we merge it all?
