Description:
ZooKeeper currently doesn't have op count metrics. We would need a way to
track how many operations of each type are performing for the following:
- Monitor client application performance and behavior effectively
- Analyze client traffic load and patterns
- Identify and resolve performance issues by operation type
- Set up alerting and SLA monitoring for client operations
