Why is this change needed?
How are we going to access archived docs if you remove the link for them?
We're not planning to release "3.9.10" in the foreseeable future. I'm not sure
if we'll ever get to the .10 release on the 3.9.x release line.
Next releases will be: 3.10.0 from the master branch, 3.9.6 and 3.8.7
respectively.
