Thank you for your speedy reply.  I just followed your advice and received 
basically the same message as before.  I'm pasting at the end of this note.  
Do you have any other suggestions to unsubscribe.  Really, I don't want to 
bug you, but I am at a loss for reclaiming my mailbox.  There is SO MUCH mail
