It offers $5,000 and $2500 to two outstanding secondary ISTA members. Timeline is short as this award was just finalized in June and Exxon wants to present it on ExxonMobil Day October 11 in Peoria (the ISTA preconference) * ISTA has negotiated for RCHTA (Radio Controlled Hobby Trade Association) to offer a FREE entrance to their huge trade show on September 8. This will be presented on September 8th at the Rosemont.
