To my experience as far, it's just handled perfectly, and the whole situation 
even improved for me.

I don't need to mess with "Path INBOX" in IMAPStore any more, and 
using "Pattern *" simply turns into syncing all folders, from INBOX to 
INBOX.foo.bar.anything! Applying other patterns also seems to work as 
expected, for example "Pattern * !INBOX" makes it syncing everything as 
before, except for the INBOX itself. .oO(Everything's so clear now! :)
