I've tried to set up mbsync but every time I do a synchronization
operation, it gets some way through the process and errors out with a
timeout socket error.
Then when I restart mbsync says it has lost track of all the messages it
previously downloaded, forcing a re-fetch of everything. I never make
progress.
This happens with multiple different mail accounts on multiple
independent servers. This is isync 1.3.0.
mbsync -D doesn't seem to give much useful information. What's the best
way to start debugging this?
