The problem appears to have arisen because the server names folders
all-lowercase (`drafts`) but I have mutt set up to save drafts in
`Drafts`.
that's plausible. if you insist on mismatching case, i can't suggest
anything else than setting up a separate Channel with explicit box names
for each pair.
