Role: Systems Engineer (TIBCO) for Payments Related Application - Systems Administrator Rate: $45/hr. Location: Chandler, AZ Duration: currently have PO funded through 12/31/2009 - OVER 1 YEAR CONTRACT!!! Core Technologies: Custom BPEL over Websphere Process Server, MQ, Tibco (BusinessWorks, BusinessEvents, EMS, Hawk, BusinessFactor, Tibco Admin, Tibco Adapter) Roles include: Provides support for highly complex technical issues and initiatives related to large-scale applications, systems, databases and/or other technical products and services; uses/creates diagnostic, simulation and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service or data to systems. Responsible for monitoring the overall production environment, resolving the most complex production, application and system problems and ensuring issue follow through to resolution. Evaluates service level agreement criteria, identifies gaps in current technology process and recommends changes to assure SLAs can be supported. Analyzes work flows and procedures, attends issue analysis meetings to resolve issues, and recommends improvements and automation. Performs code migrations from development through production, upgrades, installations and/or configurations; updates/writes documentation and procedures and provides related training; troubleshoots network, hardware and software issues and coordinates resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups; creates change or issue logs; analyzes performance trends and recommends process improvements; assesses changes for risk to production systems and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas. Alerts clients and team members when a major problem is suspected. Documents and tracks status of client inquiries, coordinates appropriate response, and follows up to ensure client satisfaction. Participates in the analysis of client-identified issues or problems that may require changes to department procedures, standards, or systems. Analyzes business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to support computer solutions. Leads and/or performs modeling, simulations and analysis efforts in support of applications. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems. Identifies application and/or hardware/OS problems. Reroutes customer traffic around production problems, project implementations and application code updates.
