Title: Sr. .Net consultant Production support Duration: 6 months Location: NYC, NY *Financial industry exp is must* *Must skills:* Experience with web based /intranet applications, SAP.NET, C#, IIS 6.0, Oracle pl-SQL, OOD, OOP, documentation skills. *Must be hands on production support consultant.* Responsibilities: - Investigating user inquiries on production issues, which range from source system data issues to application logic issues, infrastructure issues to configuration issues. - Communicate with users and business analysts on investigation results and solutions. - Design, develop and document enhancements to the existing applications, using ASP.NET, C#, Oracle PL/SQL, web services, etc. - Build and deployment to testing and production systems. - Coordinate with other IT teams, including data warehouse team on data issues, QA team on testing coordination, and TIS for infrastructure related issues. - Perform regular technical support duties including disaster recovery testing, development environments maintenance, application checkouts, information updates, auditing responses, etc. - Document existing business logic implemented in application. - Rewrite existing applications with strategic design and architecture.
