Position: SAP HCM Consultant
Location: Princeton, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $55/hr BEST RATE
Minimum Requirements:
3 or more years experience with SAP HCM Time Management module required.
Strong knowledge of the integration points between Time and Payroll.
Experience with 1 or more HCM implementations required, preferably MySAP ERP.
Expert ability to develop and maintain complex schema with custom rules for
overtime, shift premiums, consecutive day overtime, STD/FMLA, and rounding
rules.
Strong knowledge in the configuration of work schedules, absence/attendance
types, wage type generation and substitutions.
Strong knowledge in the configuration of quotas: entitlement (earned and
accrued), deductions, payouts and quota compensation.
Strong knowledge in time entry and evaluation of both positive and negative
time recording, error resolution and reporting.
Strong knowledge of Time Manager's Workplace and CATS profiles.
Familiarity with interfaces from external time collection systems such as
Kronos.
