Duration: 3-6+ Months Skill requirement: It is for a client in NC, they are doing an upgrade from blackboard version 6 to version 8 and the company they outsourced it to is not doing well at all. They have asked us to see if we can come up with a specialist "so to speak" who has done a large upgrade at a university before and would be able to do a conference call with them on suggestions of how to finish their project.
