Duration: 6+ Months Rate: $50-53/Hr Best Face to Face may be required!! Candidates in and around FL preferred!! ***Candidate must be a US Citizen or GC **** Description Need a Perl Developer in Ft. Lauderdale, but candidate has to have green card and be able to roll perm in 6 months. ANY candidate who applies for the position must be able to convert to a permanent employee without requiring sponsorship. They are seeking programmers who understand that Perl is a very serious, high-level programming language used in large, complex, high-performance applications, and not just a "scripting tool." They truly enjoy working with Perl and wants folks who share the same level of enthusiasm! Experience with Windows will not be held against you, but development is performed exclusively in Linux. You should be fully comfortable on Linux, BSD, or UNIX variants. Requirements: 3+ years experience programming in Perl in a Linux environment SQL experience (we use MySQL) HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CGI and web development experience Full project life cycle experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team and solo Strong attention to detail Company offers an excellent work environment and benefits including!
