Title: Data Analyst
Duration: 6 months
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Rate: $45/hr Max
We are currently looking for Data Analysts
Acts as a liaison between client area, technical organization, and other
affected areas by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex
business problems to be solved through strategic eCommerce-based solutions
(e.g., Intranet and Internet).
Responsible for producing models of technical & business requirements;
May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by
evaluating current processes and recommending new e-commerce solutions that
reduce costs or extend current capabilities.
Completes analysis & design for non-functional requirements, including
alternate & exception flows with the appropriate monitoring, error handling,
notification and alarming.
Responsible for ensuring that the end result of design, development and
implementation of vendor products/platform meets requirements through
orchestrated communication and collaboration of all involved groups.
Responsible for remedying technology & business requirements gaps in follow-on
phases.
Responsible for orchestrating team efforts with multiple partners and
processes; Contribute to team direction to a technical design & development
group that includes vendor development interaction and dependencies.
Minimum qualifications:
BS Computing or Information Systems
Experience with complex process analysis and technical implementations of
e-commerce business requirements.
Demonstrable experience translating complex, incomplete or high level business
requirements into high level architecture and detailed design documents and
presentations.
Experience communicating to both business and technical teams the key
deliverables - including proactive consulting and recommendations with the
business partners, application architecture and development to provide a
holistic solution
Uses a standard practice of identifying and providing alternative solutions to
the actual functional requirements in order to preserve design integrity,
future flexibility, through a customer centric perspective.
Ability to manage multiple and concurrent sets of requirements with complex and
aggressive time lines.
Strong personal skill set in software development life cycle (SDLC) practices
including but not limited to: Services Oriented Architecture, File transmission
protocols, security considerations and standards such as mutual authentication,
digital certificates, CRL, PKI, key exchange, UML, Design Patterns, Unit, SIT
and Destructive test design and plan, CVS/Clearcase, application tuning, design
for performance and capacity.

WF and/or Financial Services - ideally payments-related with knowledge of
electronic payment channels (ACH and wire transfers)
Payments Formats - financial industry standard payment formats, such as NACHA,
ANSI 820, ISO20022 as well as competence with proprietary data format analysis
