The Tactical Engineer will maintain network design criteria and standards as defined by Ameriprise and will be responsible for providing tactical engineering support for client network projects and changes. Job Description: (What will the contractor do on that project?) The Tactical Engineer will partner with client engineering staff and COE engineering staff to understand necessary network changes, implement script changes, update site-related documentation, and maintain detailed engineering drawings. Additionally, the Tactical Engineer will be responsible for implementation of configuration changes and adherence to applicable change control procedures and processes. An on-call rotation (7x24) supporting level 2 and 3 client engineering requests is included, as well.
