Lead System Analyst
LOCATION - Portland, downtown
Below is a position I am currently working on. ALL candidates must have great
communication and experience leading teams.
POSITION DESCRIPTION - Lead SA that will be responsible for leading other
contractor work on the Individual project as well as also producing SA work and
deliverables. Position needs insurance business background in Membership and/or
Claims. Facets background is a plus.
LOCATION - Portland, downtown
MANDATORY SKILLS - Must have lead or managed other systems analysts, plus
experience with general systems analyst work supporting BRSP, Systems Analysis
Deliverables, Data Mapping, Report Definition, gathering requirements from
business stakeholders, functional specifications, JAD sessions, test/use case
definition, data analysis. MS office, general UML skills.
Very good verbal and written communications.
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS - SQL
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE - 7+ years systems analysis, insurance business background
in Membership and/or Claims. 3+ years leading other analysts.
