Determines user requirements, leads application design, plans projects, establishes priorities and monitors progress. Evaluates project status and resource utilization and implements changes to improve the teams effectiveness. May coordinate with other managers to integrate project with other applications. **This is potentially a temp to hire role. SKILLS >> Provide ESB (IBM Websphere) expertise, admin, configurations, maintaining standards on Windows and Unix platforms (required) Java, JMS, Websphere MQ Series, SOAP, XML schema, XSLT, Xpath desired At least 8 years experience working with Integration Technologies, at least 2 years of relevant experience with Mule required C# (.NET) development experience a plus but not required Background with Mule-Galaxy, Systinet, Datapower, Jboss, Websphere a plus but not required Ability to quickly learn new applications/technology and architect solutions.
