*Position: Sr. Program Manager* *Location: San Francisco, CA* *Duration: 3+ months* *Best rate: Competitive* * * *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE!!* * * *Skills:* Will be responsible for planning and overseeing execution of strategic and operational initiatives impacting the BSC Self Funded Business. Acts as the primary PM of ASO product projects and program execution to ensure successful delivery of critical components of the ASO product strategy plan, within established time frames and budget. Could potentially manage 15 development opportunities at one time. Ensures that projects and programs are planned and executed in a timely and high quality manner. 2. Supports business strategies by directing the development and implementation of program projects. Works with Business Analytic Team, the business unit functional leads, program directors, and project managers to ensure strategic and operational initiatives are appropriately prioritized and resourced. 3. Budgetary responsibility for the project management portion of the budget and coordinates with other budget controlling interests to insure all costs are planned and accounted for in the budgeting and cost accounting processes. Project budgets may range from $10,000 to $1,700,000 4. Assists in business case planning as needed. Manages and provides input to ad-hoc improvement and planning cycles. Assembles the project team, assigns and monitors work of team members and provides guidance and leadership. Develops new project management tools and methods. Administratively closes out projects. Reports status, issues, progress and impacts to senior executives and cross functional BSC staff.
