Position: Quality Analyst with Middleware Architecture Location: New York City, NY Duration 6+ Months Rate: $40/hr - $45/hr BEST RATE Skills Needed: Thorough understanding of MQ Series and architecture Network level understanding of transmission protocols like TCP/IP Exposure and understanding of Middleware architecture and testing of: - SOA, Java, Java Beans, IBM MQ, TCP/IP, Direct Connect (NDM) DEC encryption and DEC applications such as Object Broker (OBB) Functional Front End testing of Middleware Applications Functional Back End testing of Middleware Applications DBA or Expert in Data Migration - ETL, Informatica, BI, (Control M would be nice) Advanced PL-SQL for Oracle TOAD client for Database Queries (large queries for Oracle) Linux Operating Systems and protocols UNIX Operating System Fluent with Edit text editor for Linux/Unix Systems Nice to have - Familiarity with EBCDIC and HEX code for mainframe, ASCII, binary, JCL - this level of resource should have somewhere in history Basically, our candidate will be a Senior QA person with very LOW LEVEL skills at the network, datacenter type level, with DBA level Expertise in PL-SQL for Oracle.
