Informix is a plus. 6) Experience tuning Webserver [Web Sphere, Web Logic] a big plus. 7) Experience preparing/ executing performance test for complex distributed applications [II tier/ III tier applications] 8) Strong analytical & communication skills 9) Experience working in Telecom Industry a big plus. 10) Team player/ self motivator/ multitasking/ works with minimal supervision.
