Position: SharePoint Developer Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 18 Months Rate: $44/hr - $46/hr BEST RATE Interview process: Face to face interview (Might do a phone first) so the person must be close and able to interview face to face first Wants a mid-level SharePoint developer with C# experience who knows SharePoint object models and can write code- both new dev and modification of existing code. Said that she might consider someone with info path form development experience with VB back end who can do SharePoint administration but they have to be able to analyze and modify code. This is a front-end specific role. Candidates should have strong development experience with VB, C#, XML and XSLT as well as SharePoint (Moss 2007 Enterprise) with .NET 3.0 and 3.6. They will be working with SQL and Oracle for Queries only. They should have expertise pulling data from a view into SharePoint and optimizing performance against data pull. Candidates should have WSS3 experience. SharePoint is 50% administration, creating web parts, knowing development aspects, where data is stored and how to deploy web parts etc. 50% custom development and modification of existing code This is a heads down coding role. There is almost no interaction with the business. Candidates do not need to be "client facing" but they do need to be able to function well on a team, work well with other and be positive and constructive in a conservative corporate banking environment. The team is dealing with lots of different concurrent projects. Most associated with the integration between Wells Fargo and Wachovia. They are using InfoPath 2007 for tracking process related work.
