I will be forwarding submissions to my coworker and will not be screening your candidates. Please review the job description to verify that they are a fit. Please include full name, address, rate, communication level, and availability. MUST have N-UNIT TEST TOOL EXPERIENCE. Preference is Nunit, however they will consider other xUnit tools. Must have excellent communication skills and can drive to an interview and have the required skills. Candidate must also be comfortable to do a white board session at their in person interview. Sr. Developer in the 3 to 4 level range They should have experience with N-Unit or other Unit Test Tool experience is a MUST. Generally, developers coming from smaller businesses (less than 300 people) work out best, again not required! Developers with development life cycle experience preferred. Below is Level 4 requirements: . Minimum of 8 years of experience in Application Development and Systems Design, with some experience in lead development roles, required. . BS degree, preferably in technical field, or other education (i.e. technical certifications). MS degree preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered. . Act as an internal consultant and leader in developing others; may train and develop training . Convey broad business perspective. Can build a sound business case, convincingly and accurately portrays the view of the client, and can guide consensus building/decision-making . General working knowledge of high-level systems architecture, platform and enabling technologies. . SME in multiple application and systems areas. Mentors less-experienced staff on technology issues. . Identify, specify and drive improvements to procedures and methods, including SDLC within an enterprise environment . Consistently achieve planned business results .
