They should be experienced in dealing with large data volume and have strong problem solving and analytical skills. Candidates should also have Oracle 10g, UNIX and SQL as well as PL/SQL. Communication skills are very important and the candidates will be getting a technical skills assessment from our partner company before we will sub them to the client.
