Skills: - 8 - 10 years of payroll experience including experience as a payroll supervisor or manager and/or experience in a technical capacity supporting payroll. - Must have experience with Payroll PeopleSoft, experience with other modules is a plus. - Experience with a PeopleSoft payroll implementation is helpful. - A strong positive, diplomatic skills and a can do attitude and experience with educating new users on the Payroll PeopleSoft is needed. - Will they be writing the project guideline, duration of project, from a technical perspective. - will being managing the milestones of the project or will they be facilitating the technical aspects - to serve as BAU payroll work BUT they need the technical PS background to be able to help research issues - coordinate with HRIS staff. So the project is in the final phase of parallel testing. We are not writing requirements or doing any configuration. - review existing process and training material and help write additional guides or assistants - to help facilitate a training class for payroll staff or be able to work individually with payroll staff to train on a specific function of PeopleSoft or assist with problem resolution.
