Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 6+ Months Need only GC/Citizens/EAD's ONLY!!! Technical Analyst for technology solutions related to customer facing and internal Foreign Exchange Trading Applications. High level job functions include, but are not limited to technical analysis & documentation, test planning, QTP scripting, test execution, UAT coordination & training, and support. Experience: * 3-6+ years professional experience utilizing Quality Assurance methodologies and processes within a QA and/or support role with an emphasis on Business Applications. * 3-6+ years experience with at least one automated test tool required QTP * Experience supporting applications for medium-to-large size company, preferably with multiple locations and international footprint. * Experience working with global end-user base * Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Quality Lifecycle. * Proven ability to develop Test Plans and Test Cases required. * Demonstrates a solid knowledge of business applications and processes. Has a working knowledge of the systems interfaces with the business operations workflow. * Experience and/or ability to organize and collaborate with various resources (both internal and external) to drive resolution of issues or completion of small-to-medium sized tasks/projects. * Experience and/or ability to document business processes highly desired. * Experience and/or ability to work within a customer-focused, team-oriented environment highly desired. * Ability to handle multiple issues/tasks/projects of varying size simultaneously required. * Ability to communicate effectively on phone and via e-mail required. * Ability to share knowledge with internal support team as well as train end users highly desired.
