• The role is to ensure the stable operation of the corporate computer network. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links. Operate and tune Linux systems, servers, and related components to ensure high levels of availability and security of the supported engineering and business applications. This individual also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure Linux system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Manage and/or provide guidance to other members of the Engineering Systems team.
