The candidate will be responsible for evaluating the current design, identify the areas that need redesign and refactoring, develop the internationalization design, coding guidelines, and testing processes. The candidate will also be responsible for the integration design of the web systems with the international partner system. The responsibilities include: a.. Member of the Web Development team, reporting to the Director of Web Development and Systems. b.. Designs enterprise quality solutions, simple, efficient, in a timely fashion. c.. Designs and prototype the internationalization, localization, customization and integration of partner solutions. d.. Define the design, coding and testing guidelines. e.. Lead and manage a team focused on delivering the custom solutions. f.. Help build the engineering and QA team. Required Skills: a.. Excellent verbal and written skill set b.. Proven experience in delivering internationalization and localization software. c.. Proven experience in implementing Web-based applications. d.. Proven experience in implementing Java/J2EE components, servlets, POJOs, DAOs, Spring components. e.. Experience with high-availability, scalable, and secure architecture. f.. Experience with Apache, Tomcat, REST, SOAP, SOA. g.. SQL Databases, LDAP, Hibernate. h.. Familiar with Web portals, e-commerce, social network solutions. Desired skills: a.. Authentication, Single Sign On, SAML. b.. Working experience with builds, Linux Redhat, network, DNS. c.. Web server administration, logging, reporting, benchmarking, test automation, a.. scaling of MySql, Web Servers, Application Servers. b.. Experience in deployment of Web portals, e-commerce, social network solutions. c.. LAMP, PHP, codeigniter, Joomla. d.. Unix/Linux. e.. Experience in monitoring tools, reporting software, ETLs.
