Unix/Linux/Oracle environment
2+ years in a production operations role supporting SaaS offerings
Skills required include Scripting (Shell, Perl, CGI, etc.), X, Mail, SSH,
HTTP/S, Networking, web hosting technologies, some flavor of Java
technologies (Java, JDBC, Tomcat, JBOSS).
You must be proficient with Oracle database administration, including
understanding of backup and recovery procedures. Knowledge of database
performance tuning and SQL is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
Good team leadership skills, with strong communication proficiency
Excellent Project Management skills
Must possess ability to work effectively and efficiently in a
cross-functional environment
ITIL Certification a plus
B.S. Computer Science degree (or equivalent) required
