Job Description:



* Develop, automated and maintain analytical tools to support Corporate
Compliance Control MIS and information for management decisions,
observations and tracking.

* Perform external and internal data extractions from key "authoritative
source" systems

* Prep and perform analysis on raw data extractions

* Work with peers and all levels across the function and organization on
implementation of strategy and programs, using cross-functional resources as
needed

* Participate in global, cross-regional standardization projects

Qualifications: Must Have the Following Skills

Microsoft Office.

VBA for MS Office; Should be able to program and run code for automation of
ALL MS Office Products (specifics for Access and Excel listed below.)

Microsoft Access.

Access VBA

Access SQL / ANSI SQL (nested queries, inline queries, pass-through queries,
etc...) Expert knowledge in RDBMS (one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-many,
3NF, BCNF, etc...) Understanding of Access design elements - Forms, Reports,
Macros, etc..

Understanding of ADO library.

Understanding of DAO library.

Understanding of ODBC and other Microsoft connectivity standards.

Microsoft Excel.

Excel VBA

Applicant should have very advanced knowledge of excel.

Advanced pivot table and pivot chart construction.

Very Advanced skills in creating Excel forms Advanced Microsoft Excel
communication strategies with databases using Microsoft Query.

Advanced Worksheet techniques for constructing business forms using ActiveX
controls and form controls.

Dashboard and Advanced Formula construction.

Advanced skills for linking separate workbooks and worksheets.

Advanced skills for linking with other applications (OLE).

Advanced skills for importing text files.

Advanced skills for sharing workbooks.

Advanced skills for constructing time formulas on the worksheet.

Advanced use of Goal Seek and Solver, etc...

Misc Knowledge:

knowledge of HTML helpful; Should understand how to fuse VBA with HTML (for
report creation, dashboards, etc...) knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
services helpful. Understanding of lists, document libraries, user
administration, etc...

Knowledge of XML helpful (at least one of our processes uses XML to transfer
data across various platforms)

Business Requirements

Bachelors degree required

Experience in financial services preferred Prior experience in risk,
analytics
