Short Description:
Technical database development based on existing requirements for EPS legacy
system re-write.

Complete Description:
- Work with SME's within DOE to ensure that work flow and applicable (to
that program) funding calculations are properly created.
- Colloborate with State of Maine OIT personnel regarding creation of GUI in
.net framework
- Create database structure for system
- Ensure new system functions with education data warehouse
- Create table structures and data load scripts
- Create stored procedures to interface GUI and DB
