They are looking for someone with deep JavaScript experience, someone who has worked with pages on the application side that are very heavy client side interaction; these pages will be manipulated within browsers - so they will need to know how to do that using JavaScript. They are looking for someone with deep CSS experience, they should know presidents, override styles, how to support CSS in different and multiple browsers. Their HTML will be strong if they have expertise in JavaScript + CSS. Deep JavaScript and heavy CSS experience from developing an e-commerce site is someone we want to submit.
