Primary Skills: Secondary Skills: Description: Client Job Title *Master Data Lead ** * RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Candidates must possess the experience, skills/capabilities/knowledge identified below: Experience: 3-5 years consulting experience with a Big-4 company or similar. 3-5 years implementing SAP solutions to support MDM processes for regional, national, and global CPRD companies. Demonstrated successful track record of leading MDM teams through 2 or more SAP IS-AFS implementations, including MDM business processes, data mapping, conversion and translation, and data loading. Skills/Capabiliities/Knowledge: Knowledge of CPRD industry MDM processes and organizations, best practices, operations, and IT landscape. Knowledge of SAP solutions and ECC modules (e.g., Sales & Distribution) to support the CPRD industry (e.g., Apparel and Footwear, Food Industry), and awareness of non-SAP solutions. Knowledge of integration points with Warehous ing Management (SAP WM/EWM or legacy WMS), Transportation Management, Intercompany Billing, International sales/ Commissionaire structure, Customer Relationship Management and Business Intelligence Reporting. Superior written and oral communications skills, and able to communicate process and design concepts and ideas to senior executives. Ability to collect, distill and organize client business needs, and to translate into holistic process, organization, and technical design leveraging SAP technologies. Knowledge of full-cycle implementation methodologies, such as SAP ASAP.
