As a lead developer responsible for developing, testing and performance tuning WTX jobs 2. Translate business requirements into WTX technical specifications and arrive at design for DataStage jobs 3. Communicate with QA, DBA, BA and other departments to resolve any questions that raises during design, development and testing phase 4.
