Must be Local or Local to IL/IN and come for F2F directly* * * *Position: **Java Web developer Developer Loc: St Louis MO* *Duration: 3 month duration* *Interview :f2f after telephonic * Client: US Bank SUBMITTALS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Complete Description: Seeking a professionally experienced Programmer/Analyst to provide full life-cycle development for JAVA/J2EE WEB application using RAD in an IBM WebSphere environment. The candidate must have a strong Web application development background. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Java/J2EE, SQL, and JDBC development experience. Experience with database development is required with DB2 and SQL Server a plus. Experience with Web Standards and Classic Web Development Concepts is required. Experience with IBM RAD 7.0 is preferred as is prior Java platform upgrade and implementation & support experience. Candidate will be required to work independently under very general direction to understand existing Java software environment, translate into new environment requirements and plan tasks to meet those requirements. Specifically this position will be required to remediate security related vulnerabilities, therefore prior exposure to OWASP security standards is a plus. Prior experience with Struts or the Spring framework is strongly desired. This position may also be required to upgrade the existing Java platform and framework; upgrade the IBM WebSphere Application Server; and upgrade the application authentication mechanism from EBAS (NDS) to COREid.
