This person will work as part of a team of Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, then support the functional specifications through the SDLC. This person must be analytical, and self-motivated, with good communication and interactive skills. They must be a team player. This role must travel on occasion to other locations (New York and Chicopee, MA). You will be part of the program's Business Analysts community and will report into the program's PMO. This role differs from the program's other Business Analysts in that it does not have an affinity to any specific business domain. Rather, the program BA will maintain a holistic perspective. As such, the program BA will be less involved in collecting requirements content and more involved in interpreting the collected content to support program processes. The program BA must quickly build a strong understanding of the business as it operates today, and an equally strong understanding of how the program's business case will manifest itself in outcomes and benefits.
