Position: Sales Force.com Developer Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: FULL TIME Job Description: A developer should have the skills of an analyst, and under general supervision of a technical lead, provide technical expertise in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging. They should possess skills which focus on solution design, workflow implementation, complex customizations, and data loading. • A proven functional/technical professional with at least 2 full lifecycle SalesForce.com implementations and 2+ years of industry or consulting experience. • Extensive experience developing within SalesForce.com. • Understanding of and experience with migrating from sandbox through to production • Demonstrates experience in Implementing multistep approval workflows and escalations to automate business processes • Experience with the Force.com web services API • Ability to use the data loader from the command-line and create map files • Extensive understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items. • Experience in working within the Visualforce framework • Creation and management of Apex classes Individuals being considered for this position must have the following skills: • Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills • Significant consulting/client facing experience (includes Director level and above) • Outstanding teamwork skills • Keen attention to detail • Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities • Experience with formal delivery methodologies • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Required: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Scie nce, MIS or similar area of study.
