LOCATION: SOMERSET ,NJ DURATION: 9 + MONTHS JAVA LEAD WITH MDM EXP MUST Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems. Helps to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Experience working on large data centric projects utilizing transactional ODS concepts. Project leadership experience a must. Must have a working knowledge of relational databases and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others so must have IT Team Lead/Technical Lead experience. Reports to an AD manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Strong working knowledge of the following: Core JAVA, J2EE, JMS, EJB, Servlets, JDBC and Struts Object-Oriented design experience Design patternsUMLCreating Software Design Documents and Servlets using Open Source Frameworks such as Spring, Struts or Hibernate Web Services technology (WSDL, XML, XSLT)Spring Batch Framework Spring Web ServicesXHTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and SOAP Developing automated test cases using the JUNIT Framework Agile Development Methodology Clear understanding of DB2 database concepts Write SQL queriesIBM MDM v8.5 or later Nice to have :Understanding use of ETL tools Be able to contribute in solutions delivery as an architect, developer and delivery manager Be able to consult with team members and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify problems, suggest changes and scope out the change requirement.
