The Contract Opportunity: Test Lead Analyst Jersey City, NJ This candidate will be working on an insurance (commercial) industry project. All candidates must have the following qualifications: Project Requirements: Be the point for all testing on the project Investigate customer issues logged by technical support Evaluate software performance during Beta Testing Basic Requirements: Collaborate with developers in prioritizing, estimating, and defining acceptance criteria Clearly define test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures Plan tests schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope Collaborate with customers in identifying issues and provide recommendations on solutions Provide recommendations to developers on usability and functionality Monitor and track defect resolution Experience with Peer reviews Experience with Agile/Scrum Familiarity with the Atlassian JIRA and Confluence Familiarity with Continuous Integration Experience in testing non-GUI applications (SQL, Flat Files, XML, and etc.) Experience testing web applications and web services Good communication skills Ability to collaborate in a team Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for work to be assigned. Someone who participates in discussions and who isn't afraid to have and state opinions.
