Thanks in advance * *Respond to: *sridhar.v...@supremesoft.com <rajesh...@supremesoft.net>* *Position: Support Specialist 3 - System Admin* *Location: Bradenton, FL * *Duration: 6+ months* * * *Required Skills:* · 2+ years experience as a ServiceNow administrator. · A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, or relevant work experience, is required. · Strong knowledge of ServiceNow. · ServiceNow system administrator training required. · Working knowledge of current IT technologies. · Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions. · Experience with IT Service Management, Service Desk, Asset Management and Change Management processes. · Experience in coding, scripting, and configuring software items in ServiceNow Experience in taking complex end-user requirements to system requirements to code. · Experience writing test scripts for testing business rules and processes. · Experience in producing enterprise level reports, including compiling data from several different sources. · Experience with using and obtaining data from ServiceNow incident management software required. · Experience with processes involving problem identification, recovery, escalation and resolution.
