They will be implementing Avaya Contact Center including the following: - Avaya Interaction Center - Avaya Impact 360 - Avaya CC Elite (AACC 6.2.1) - Verint - Avaya IR - Avaya IPT - Avaya Aura This individual needs to have hands on SIP interworking experience in a Unified Communications environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about the future of Unified Communications, and wants to be a member of a team of highly skilled, highly motivated communications engineers. SIP expertise is a must. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the SIP protocol that can take on the task of analyzing SIP based communications, and drive issues to closure. Experience using SIP in the Avaya product line is a plus.
