You will be responsible for architecting and guiding the team to implement and enhance the Siebal CRM program that is already in place. You must have a strong understanding and knowledge of Siebel ecommunication Product and Pricing. You should have architected at least 3 or 4 Siebel eCommunication product and pricing set up for complex customizable product structure. You will be responsible for guiding the development team for best practices, guidelines, and feasibility options for product configuration, dynamic pricing, discount matrix and attribute adjustment. You should be able to provide implementation alternatives for the business requirements which cant be fulfilled with standard configuration procedures. Essentially, you need to be their Siebel SME.
