*Project Overview:  *Project management will focus primarily on the
implementation of a valuation system that will replace the current Numerix
(NIMS) solution to enhance the trade life cycle support for structured
trades which the SUMMIT system alone cannot fully support.

Additionally, the project manager will be responsible for the
implementation of a liquidity management system that will replace the
current system to enhance the liquidity management processes, improve
efficiency, and expand the existing functionalities including the
analytical capabilities.   *

**General Description:*        The individual is responsible for the
planning, development and implementation of one or more medium to
large-sized complex strategic project efforts that utilize information
technology solutions. He or she is responsible for developing the project
scope, defining project guidelines, obtaining business and information
technology sponsor approvals and coordinating the resources necessary to
successfully complete the project. Other responsibilities include the
refinement of project requirements/scope, project coordination, development
of plans and schedules, resource management and estimation, project
maintenance and reporting. Projects may address an enterprise need or may
be specific to the needs of a single line of business (LOB).

Once a project is set in motion, the individual is expected to communicate
major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing
direction to the project team and conduct regular status meetings to review
project activities. Furthermore, they are responsible for managing the
prioritization procedures for changing requirements/scope (i.e., change
management) and project quality assurance and acceptance procedures. Near
the end of the project, they obtain feedback to ensure that project efforts
meet customer expectations for contracted time, cost and performance.

The individual serving in this role require proven skills in managing
within a matrix organization. They also provide constructive feedback to
teams as it pertains to project performance. Lastly, they are expected to
provide the highest level of expertise in the application of the tools and
techniques of the project management discipline, and of the software
development life cycle (SDLC).

**Practical Experience
& Education:* *

**Required*

·        10+ years of IT project management experience.
·        10+ years’ experience managing complex projects requiring
coordination across multiple business lines/organizations.
·        PMP Certified
·        Experience with IT projects in the Financial Industry
·        Experience with IT projects utilizing multiple technologies and
frameworks
·        Bachelors’ degree in related field or equivalent work experience*

**Additional Consideration*
Additional consideration will be given for candidates who possess the
following specialized skills:

·        Project experience with the following applications:
o        CA Clarity PPM Software
o        Microsoft Project
o        Misys SUMMIT FT
o        Numerix or other structured trade valuation solutions
o        SAP
o        Bloomberg

·        Project experience in the following domains and processes:
o        Capital Markets
o        Corporate Treasury Operations
o        Liquidity Management
o        Procurement processes, specifically activities required in
managing a request for proposal (RFP) process.*

meet project targets. Ensures vendor staff responsibilities are clear.

budget and other targets for one or more large-sized, moderate to highly
complex projects
