*Job Title*: Business Analyst-Retail/ ecommerce *Location:* Arlington, VA *Length:* 3 months, extension likely Phone and Skype Retail client immediate Visa: H1Bs *Skill and Role Summary:* Senior Business Analyst (scoped at Sr. Manager level) to lead a team of three BAs developing and working with UX to finalize functional specs for a Hybris-based eCommerce site for Total Wine & More. The first phase of this project will be a 4 week intensive discovery & define phase to determine to state of the functional design and set a baseline for the full site design and development which will follow. During the design and development phase of the project, this individual will lead a team of two other full-time BAs. *Main duties and responsibilities:* Interviews and working sessions with the client to determine business requirements for the website as a whole and individual functional specifications for the components and pages on the site. Reviews with the technical architect to ensure specifications are supportable. Reviews with UX designers to ensure the specifications are supported by the designs. *Requirements*: Strong client engagement skills (written & oral communication), *strong eCommerce experience* (there is a Director who will be assisting at a low-level, but the contractor that fills this role must be able to act independently), transportation to be able to work onsite in the Arlington office or the client’s offices in Potomac, MD and North Bethesda, MD.
