Biztalk developer Phone hire Healthcare Providence ; RI Immediate Open but CZ 6 Months+ *BizTalk Developer* Must have hands-on development skills At least 1-2 years of experience with BizTalk *Will also consider someone with excellent .NET development experience that is open to being trained on BizTalk *EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:* § Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plans. § Prior experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues. § Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment § Experience working in a fast-paced high demand environment § Position has 3 years of experience with the relevant technology. *SKILLS/ABILITIES:* § Strong technical knowledge and minimum 3 years development experience with Microsoft BizTalk and SQL server development technologies. § Proficiency with the following: XML, HTML, SOAP, C# and/or VB.NET<http://vb.net/>, CSS, SOA, and SQL development. § Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Excel, and Access documents, MS Projects technologies such as .NET Framework, Visual Studio § Proficiency with forms, fast formulas, custom interfaces § Strong functional knowledge of SDLC processes and procedures § Experience with performance tuning § Good communication skills § Experience with source control software such as PVCS, VSS or TFS a plus § Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies. § Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills. § Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products. § Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. § Highly self motivated and directed. § Keen attention to detail. § Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams. § Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. § Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. § Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
