*Required Qualifications*
• 6+ years of successful business analysis or project management experience
including writing business requirements
• 6+ years experience in the software development methodology lifecycle -
including business planning, data analysis, process analysis and design;
business, functional, and non-functional requirements analysis, use case
analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation
• 6+ years experience working in and/or leading dynamic cross-system teams
using a structured project methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to produce concise, clear and complete requirements documentation.
• Ability to clearly articulate the system solution to all business
partners and IT partners.
• Experience facilitating meetings with large groups of business and IT
representatives required.
• Experience supporting large projects and concurrent projects required.
• Strong problem solving skills to identify and help project team find
solutions to issues.
• Demonstrate the ability to seek alternatives, new ideas, and/or
approaches to problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve
conflicts among project stakeholders.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the relationships between various
applications and systems.

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in working on projects with multiple Business Analysts

• Ability to identify, document, and facilitate resolution of
business/functional issues that cross multiple systems or platforms
• Ability to develop a strong alliance with the Enterprise Project Manager,
raising and resolving issues
• Provide guidance, transfer information to the individual platform
Business Analysts
• Support the Solution Architect in defining the solution and communicating
to the application teams. Be the focal point for the desired business
solution for all IS groups.
• Ability to clearly articulate the system solution to all business
partners and application Business Analysts
• Ability to facilitate meetings with business and IS people, over phone
using web conferencing with large number of people
• Ability to support Enterprise Test phase of the project
• 1 to 3 years experience developing use cases using a software development
methodology
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Visio)

The commitment would be 100% for 6 months onsite in the client location
Position Summary: We are looking for a talented software engineer to join
our technical team focused on delivering innovative health care solutions
for Caremark.com and other digital channels. You will be responsible for
developing, unit testing, and supporting software projects throughout all
phases of the software development life cycle.
*The Senior Java Developer is responsible for but not limited to:*
• Work closely with the team, product management, and QA to design and
develop software applications.
• Develop and perform unit testing of your software. Prototype solutions as
needed
• Document work to allow for easy hand-off to other teams.
• Build scalable and fault-tolerant solutions
• Integrate with overlapping cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior software engineers. Develop solutions to real world
problems and provide effort and cost estimates.
*Required Qualifications*
Required Qualifications for the Senior Java Developer Position:
• Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and XML.
• Experience with high-volume scalable environments and web development
frameworks such as J2EE.
• Experience in object-oriented design methodologies and application
development. Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast pace iterative development environment. Good
analytical and problem solving skills.
• Be a great team player and a technical leader.
*Preferred Qualifications*
Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Java Developer Position:
• Familiar with agile development practices.
• Practical skills in Web services, content management, and Mobile
development.
*Education *
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
required, one additional year of experience is required for each year of
college not attained
