Can identify design flaws and suggest corrective actions Has good knowledge on how to set up PC’s, Scan Guns, and Barcode printers Basic understanding of TCP/IP network communications and routing. Able to trouble shoot problems with connectivity and use of applications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work successfully both independently and in a team environment Strong customer service phone skills to deal with critical support issues *Preferred Qualifications:* Experience using Oracle data bases Experience and knowledge of network topology and UNIX, Linux, or Windows server systems. Experience coding and designing software using object oriented design concepts Ability to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete data and under tight deadlines. Ability to quickly cut through complex issues and choose best solutions and course of action. Ability to multi-task with good time management and proper work prioritization.
