Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and develops fixes. May require a bachelors degree in a related area and at least 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. Position Duties: SharePoint Developers will be responsible for meeting with executive level teams and several business units to determine project requirements in the SharePoint implementation project. Architecting and developing SharePoint platform solutions for the entire Enterprise. Manages the creation of functional design specifications, implementation plans, and test scripts. Assist with project artifacts such as requirements and design documents. SharePoint Developer will collaborate on all phases of the software development life-cycle. Implement core SharePoint architecture and security best practices. SharePoint Developer will plan and implement governance for consistency across the global SharePoint environment with multiple farms. Provide SharePoint subject matter expertise to the business community when designing, implementing and supporting a SharePoint publishing and/or collaboration site. JOB REQUIREMENTS Skills needed to be successful in this position: Minimum of 5 years full life cycle SharePoint architecture, implementations, upgrades, migration and deployment experience. Experience in Microsoft ASP.NET, C# programming and SQL Server. 4-5 Years of experience with SharePoint and Nintex Workflows Bachelor s Degree or equivalent working experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Ability to define and solve design, implementation or support issues is a MUST. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work in a team environment across multifunctional business units.
